what is a good HD 720p camcorder for snowboarding ?

i want one that shoots in HD 720p / good battery life / maybe waterproof not a big option but one that is definitely splash proof i was looking at the kodak ZX1 pocket camcorder as it runs on double a's the that was something i liked
a camcorder that has a optional add on helmet cam would be great
the battery life i would prefer one with like around 3 hrs of recording time little les is ok
