I heard the first one has horrible and is not truly 1080P . This may be untrue though.

I would go for the 2nd one the DXG 580V 8MP High Definition Digital Camcorder
I have the same camera and its brilliant , had it for abit now and never breaks down on me, has a long battery life with very gd picture deff 1080p, same with sound.
